What:

'Absolute!!' is an underground soul club session based at Tokyo's Loop club and run by British producer, DJ, singer, multi-instrumentalist, and Red Bull Music Academy alumnus Aroop Roy. Aroop has quickly become one to watch in the underground music scene in Japan through his productions, DJing, and musicianship for touring artists such as Recloose. The compilation album, released on Unique Uncut on November 10, features productions & remixes from artists including Mr Complex & Pharoahe Monch, Karizma, Simbad, Replife produced by Dego & Kaidi Tatham, Daisuke Tanabe and Kay Suzuki, alongside up and coming names. If you're around London on November 22, you'd do well to check the release party at the Embassy Bar on Essex Road, featuring the Unique Uncut crew and special guest Ross Allen. If you've been missing the raw energy that made electronic music so exciting in the first place, this is where it's been hiding.
