Henrik Schwarz performs tonight at London's Southbank Centre alongside Norwegian jazz virtuoso
Bugge Wesseltoft. The pair's lecture at Red Bull Music Academy on Thursday turned into an all-out teaser session as they offered up some of the fruits of their recent collaboration.

With a mixture of crunchy electronics and warming sub-bass from Schwarz, and jazz acrobatics on the Fender Rhodes from Wesseltoft, the pair got deep into the groove for a live version of Leave My Head Alone Brain. Other musical interludes included a 9 minute improv session in which the duo showed exactly how the interplay between the two musicians works.

As well as musical tid bits the pair also found time to pass on some musical perspective. Bugge Wesseltoft took a moment to describe his view on the future of jazz.
