Mano and Ruari spangling the dance
The
Oxegen festival has a new stage this year! Next week from July 10 to 12, Punchestown Racecourse will see a whole range of left-field music, as the Academy brings its own tent to Oxegen including multi-media screens and bespoke sound system.
Among big names like
Ladyhawke,
David Holmes,
Crystal Castles,
Tinchy Stryder, and
Florence And The Machine, there will be several home grown Irish acts such as the
202's,
Messiah J and The Expert, and
RSAG. There'll also be bumping shoulders with Academy alumni
Mano Le Tough,
Rory D,
Tuki, and
GoldieLocks... Definitely a bookies favourite for the summer!
Red Bull Music Academy Radio will be down the front with the flash recorders, bringing you all the sets and the atmosphere... and you can check the other festivals that the Academy is involved in
here...
