roller disco jam at the Renaissance Rooms we managed to catch a couple of hours with the man himself.
Every inch the larger-than-life anti-celeb, the artist usually known as Moodymann proved to be a lyrical fountain of soundbites, ghetto rhetoric and fresh-from-the-streets realness. A glass of Henessy at his lips, his entourage on the couch and a beautiful woman fixing up his 'fro, Moodymann was ready to talk bi'niss:
