What to say about Aphex twin that hasn't been mentioned in the last 20+ years. One of the most influential figures of electronic music, it seems the ugly term IDM was specifically coined for him and his music. His old mate Mark Pritchard has been an Academy crew member since his first visit at the Sao Paulo edition of the RBMA and is no stranger to rocking dancefloors and busting bass cones either. Recording since the early '90s under monikers like Global Communication, Jedi Knights, Link and Troubleman, Mark has recently been dropping tracks that a blazed Tron might listen to under the name Harmonic 313, while mixing all kinds of future plates of dub past in the clubs. Friends down under, this is a rare occasion and highly recommended!
