A former cinema in art deco style on Piazza Vittorio harbours the Associazione Apollo 11 - a group of artists, writers, film makers and musicians. One of them is Mario Tronco. The keyboard player of the Italian band Piccola Orchestra Avion Travel is the originator and director of L'Orchestra di Piazza Vittorio. He gathered 16 musicians from eleven different countries and three continents, all living around Piazza Vittorio. When they play together, the different cultures and traditions merge; or they compliment. And every now and then they may clash.
